    • Contact details, including email, phone, and shipping information, are required.
  2. Signing the agreement:
    • Labs must review and sign our Research Use and Confidentiality Agreement, which outlines terms such as permissible uses, confidentiality requirements, and liability assumptions.
    • The agreement includes acknowledgment of adherence to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
  3. Approval process:
    • Once submitted, our team reviews the account application and signed agreement to verify compliance with our requirements.
